Re: GS Training - Country Trax 24 - 26 July - UPDATE
I won't be able to make pre-meet tomorrow - I'm flying to London early evening... Not sure about my brother Andre's plans but pretty sure he won't be able to make it either.
We will only be joining you at Country Trax on the Friday morning however so maybe not necessary for us to meet with you? We will be spending the Thursday night at my uncle's farm about 80km's from Amersfoort...

Re: GS Training - Country Trax 24 - 26 July - UPDATE
Wil see you friday
I'm on a another cource until thursday and wil leave only about 6-7 pm by car if I can make a plan with the bike, see I am a bit chicken to ride alone at night in this cold before I have done the cource - after the cource NO PROBLEM!
Any body need to join me are welcome

Re: GS Training - Country Trax 24 - 26 July - UPDATE
Deon, obviously we can make a plan with the bike. I'm still going there with my bakkie & trailer, so there should be enough space for daai kar Unless Muddy packs like a woman
I think it's about 3 to 3 1/2 drive, so even by car it can be somewhat of a challenge doing even that at night in Mpumalanga... We can even arrange that I take your bike anyway and you come by car Friday morning?
Let me know, ok?

Pieter and I had a chat and we arranged to meet at the Atterbury Dros (next to the usual Shell departure garage) from around 17:00 onwards. I will likely be a couple of minutes late, but see you there!

Re: GS Training - Country Trax 24 - 26 July - UPDATE
Okie dokie. Herewith the arrangements for departure.
I think JP, Andre, Jaco & Dave will be arriving at the farm on Friday morning, so see you there!
I'm going to trailer a couple of bikes and supplies, of which I should have most of it loaded by Wednesday evening. At the Dros we agreed to meet on Thursday, 23 July 2009, at the Atterbury Shell at 12:30 and we will leave for Amersfoort at 13:00 latest. My GPS estimates a 3h30min trip, so with a fuel stop we are looking at arriving there around 17:00.
Those of you who want to join the convoy is more than welcome, or we'll meet you there. Space allowing, you can also dump your luggage on the back of the bakkie.
If you need to, you can get hold of me by PM, e-mail (marnusp gmail com) or call me on oh-83-639-oh234.
This certainly looks like the stuff you do in the advanced course, but something to get the heart rate up so long! (courtesy Hoofseun & Biker Boy on the Wilddogs forum)
Sias, Deon Dry... wanna try that next time we ride?
And to give you a glimpse from another perspective a-la-google-earth...

Guys
We (JP & Andre) will be joining you on Thursday for the ride to Amersfoort. I did arrange with Dani and they can still accommodate us for the night, so we'll see you at Shell on Thursday!

Yup! Dave let me know that he will be joining us on Thursday evening. He will be leaving around the same time than we are, but from Randburg. So he will be taking a different route and perhaps (likely) meet up with us on Amersfoort.

Re: GS Training - Country Trax 24 - 26 July - UPDATE
