Lazey Sunday, 16 August ride
Myself, Pikkie and Mike did a gentle 181km ride on Sunday to see how Mike would hold up on the dirt subesquent to his neck operation. Wahl met us at Que Sera for breakfast - his knee was not 100% yet following his knee operation last week....
Que Sera was very busy compared to previous weeks - probably the summer bikers have started dusting their bikes off and have come out of hiding.....

Said goodbye to Mike on Lynwood road and because the highway was closed at Atterbury Pikkie took us on another route back to Centurion via some dirt roads.
Just before home we quickly did the road next to Conrwall Hill estate. These pics were taken at another time but this is the road we finished up on. Thanks guys for a nice ride and Wahl for joining us for breakfast.

Nice! Always looks like fun! I take it (Pic No.2 - thumbs up!), Mike didn't have any problems with the dirt-riding!

Not sure what he was trying to do with his thumb in that picture - maybe he used the wrong finger or can enlighten us?
Had no problems.

That road next to Cornwall can catch you out quickly if you're not careful! I nearly came short there once. Well done...

....but it is a nice short stretch up the hill and 'down' the other side. - keep on moving, keep on moving (adaptaped unashamedly from 'keep on swimming' of Nemo fame.

Thanks Dave and Pikkie for a very enjoyable ride, and taking my op into consideration.
No problems with the neck, seems to have handled it well, thumbs up!
