Dullstroom Rally: 23 - 25 October

This is not a formal Club event - anyone interested has to make his own bookings.

"We would like to invite your Club to take part in a rally we are planning in Dullstroom, Mpumalanga.
Friday, 23 till Sunday, 25 October 2009.
The main events for this rally will take place on the Critchley Hackle Lodge premises.

Activities planned for this weekend:
• Friday night Braai
Entertainment – DJ Wors

• Saturday Flea Markets around the dam -Day Time
Live Music -Day Time (Band)
Beer Tent -Day Time
Variety of food stalls -Day Time & Evening
Umpa Band & Beer Festival -Evening
Live Band -Evening

• Sunday Hit & Run Breakfast

Accommodation Available:
Various Hotel & Lodges, Caravan Park, B&B’s & Self Catering Units available.
All bookings to be done on your behalf by the Reservations Department at Critchley Hackle Lodge on receipt of the amount of people in your club that wish to take part.
Rates to be confirmed.
Badges for the rally will be issued on confirmation of bookings.
If you have any specific design request – please send it through at your soonest convenience.
Preferably we would like to sell caps for this rally which will have the same logo on.
Bookings or allotment bookings must be done as soon as possible – in order to reserve most of the accommodation in Dullstroom for this weekend.
