Tyre repair kit?
Okay I know I should have bought one looooong ago. I am looking at this CARGOL turn & go repair kit. It is small and seems very easy to work. But does it work. If not what is then the best to use.
I (mostly) only have a bacpack on me so space is a problem. (Still looking for top box and panniers)

Re: Tyre repair kit?
The kit that I saw on http://www.sounddistribution.co.uk/products.asp?recnumber=4216 looks very good as it also has a pair of pliers that normally do not come with other kits.
Bavarian Motorcycles sells a kit that I used when I got a puncture coming back from the the Outeniqua Pass and it worked great. I had to use all three canisters for the back wheel - maybe just my inexperience. However, I battled to get the piece of wire out withou a pair of pliers.
For long trips I take that kit with but added pliers and a tyre inflator just in case I have more than one puncture.

Re: Tyre repair kit?
I bought a very complete tyre repair kit at a LA Sport in Voortrekker Road. Also carry a small electric pump that i imported - Bavaria had stock. Will take it with to Millies and show you.
