Hi,

I'm new to the forum and new to the Club (joined in March). Name is Amos de Lange and at the moment my bike is an old 1980 R100RS. The bike has been a member of the club about 9 years ago, when my dad was a member. Dad stopped riding, but did not want to sell the bike, so gave it to me to look after and enjoy. I've ridden quite a collection of bikes, and this dark red R100RS still has "that" something different. Tried to attend the last to rides, but had some other obligations. But will most probably do the Sunday ride in May.

PS. Thanks to all members for the way they receive new people at the club meetings.

Nice area to ride in. We may be going down to the Plett area weekend of 24 April. If you take leave the Monday it is a 4 day long weekend.

Seems Dave cannot sit still - would have been a very nice ride - will have to sit out - am on leave from the weekend on and will only be back middle may - so wont be active on the forum at all from then.

I joined the BMW club beginning of this month. My name is Handré and I ride a 2006 model Dakar. This is my first "big" bike and I just love it... especially riding off-road.
