Can you add to the list of Passes in SA?

Would be nice to have a detailed list for discussion at the next events meeting.

Thanks for pointing this out MadnohB, it is FIXED now

I re-arranged my albums on photobucket.

The list would be more appropriate for discussion at the planning for next years trips.

Not much would be able to be included for the remainder of this year.

Any with ideas for breakfast runs/trips away for next year please feel free to pass info on to someone who is on the rides committee.

Also, anyone will to assist on the events committee please step up to the plate...

The more input the less for all to do and the more variety we have for the members.

Maanhaarrand Pass is also called Breedtsnek Pass. On the T5 over the Magalliesberge. From the top you can see the Buffelspoort Dam.

The Club had a GS ride in Feb2008 up this pass.

Horn's Nek is on the M17 between Mahem (Pta-West) and the western part of Akasia (Pta-North)

Tend to agree with Andre - believe tar roads were developed for a certain reason.

On the way to Nelspruit if you take the Schoemans(something) road There is two passes DeBeers and Patatas-nek Very nice tar road I havent got the gps coordinates but the road turns left a few klicks after Machadudorp and exits again close to Nelspruit

I have been reading a magazine called "WEG" if you look for passes and all those there is a lot in there also. I can read through all my issues again and check if there is some you missed. It would help if I can have a complete list

I can't seem to find them in any of my resources and if possible I would like to include them in our trip to the Cape in October

I have all the details in Excel.

I don't think the above table will work so lekker. I prefer to have it the way it is on the first page. If we can add an excel table, it wil be great. It would also be nice to be able to post the GPS file so that people can downlaod it.

The webmaster can however post an excel file on the website, with a link on the forum, but it wont be an interactive facility.

So how much time do we allow for all 242,243,244...(whatever the final number)

The list at the moment stands at 263 passes, of these I have done only 23 but I am planning to do another 19 in December

I have ALOT more to go !!!!!

Correction: You can register on sites such as "keepandshare.com" and upload any file there. Post the URL then on the forum.
