Muis stotertjies... Country Trax Part I
Come on all you 'muis stooters', tell us?! How was it? Heat wave... sand... dam walls... oval tracks... don't be shy - was jealously thinking of you guys all weekend!

Re: Muis stotertjies... Country Trax Part I
Makoue, muisstoters & target fixation (read blue cones and logs!) have a new meaning to me now...
Pics to follow...

Re: Muis stotertjies... Country Trax Part I
Stand up, look up, open up!

Re: Muis stotertjies... Country Trax Part I
The most difficult exercise of the course:
Koekels following Jan through the logs. We probably had 20 spills in our group here
Dave in the tight corner

Hole! Hole jumping! What the $%$#!
I know what a hole really feels like. Very painful experience, if front wheel ends in hole. Gives me flash back of Waterberg trip.

You were probably looking at the hole and that is exactly where you went
I think you should give oom Jan a call to sort out your vision problems

Re: Muis stotertjies... Country Trax Part I
Sure, here are more pictures:
These focus more on theory and maintenance . . . (no more cuzzi pics, it might get slippery)
Mario feels the effect of “weight on the outside”
JP doing the “Peripheral view” exercise
Pieter and his huge one doing the “Walkies”
Instructor JP “plugging a tyre”
Marnus and Jaco “Slow riding”
Checking Droogie’s Suspension
“Towing” – please take note this was only for demonstration purposes!!
By the way, we had good KTM company - those guys can ride too!
More action pics to follow . . .

Aww.. thx Drix, but you know jumping the hole is nothing.. a slow tight corner is my Achilles' Heel
I'm not part of the statistics: I quitted!
Well done Koekels and all of you managing those big machines through the corners
