Training Day 7 June - final arrangements

Final Training Day arrangements:

Originally only 50 people were allowed by BMW Rider Academy for Sunday's Training Day at Zwartkops but due to popular demand 55 are now allowed.

Club Central is sharing the day with us and they will have 21 riders attending and our Club will have 34 riders.

Registration at Zwartkops Raceway 8:30.
Departure from Atterbury Shell on Sunday morning 7:30 for 8:00.

On presentation of your membership card, you will receive R50 – a grant by the Club to all members.

08:00 – 08:45 Arrivals & Documentation
08:45 – 09:00 Briefing in canteen
09:00 – 11:30 Practical training elements
11:30 – 13:00 Track riding
13:00 – 13:30 Demo rides (Zwartkops premises, not on track)

PRACTICAL TRAINING ELEMENTS
Riders will divide into groups for the training.
1. Swerving (left / right)
2. Descending weave
3. Emergency stops
4. Exaggerated weaving
5. U-turns
6. Figure 8

DEMO RIDES
Demo rides will be available for interested riders. Riding will be done on Zwartkops premises and not on the track. An instructor will show you the route. Please book with Fran at 13:00.
