"Private" Upcoming Trips
I would like to find out from ADMIN, if it is OK for us to post details and plans for our own "private" upcoming trips. By these I refer to "non-club" trips. Basically what I am getting at is: if someone is planning a trip and are looking for "riding buddies" or people that are interested in a similar trip, to join me on such a trip.
I do not want to take anything away, or interfere with the "Official Club Trips" in any way. I would also like to note that a "private trip" like this is not to make money or anything, everyone will pay their own way. It is just to share experiences with fellow riders. It is always nicer to do a trip in a group than just one or two guys.
Any thoughts ?

Re: "Private" Upcoming Trips
Of course! That is one of the goals of the forum, to get our Club members together and to enjoy their bikes!

Re: "Private" Upcoming Trips
Excellent idee - as long as it is not scheduled for official ride dates. Might clash. Can provide your with the route planning template that we use - helps one to plan it and get all sorted out. LeRoy

Re: "Private" Upcoming Trips
Dear ADMIN,
How about a specific forum thread for Member Unofficial Trips - or MUT for short?

Re: "Private" Upcoming Trips
I also think the "Other trips" thread can be used. I like the idea because one sometimes wants some bike buddies to join in on a trip or breakfast run outside of club events..Andre

Re: "Private" Upcoming Trips
Hi
Would be useful to be able to link to trips other are arranging (or have arranged) as well as learning about interesting routes to do later. Apart from the enjoyment and pics, info on accommodation, maybe GPS route etc will be a bonus !!
Until later
Joe
PS Will go and find the other thread now ...
