Yes - good ride - nothing unexpected thanks to a good briefing beforehand.

Thanks for the comments guys. The ride was not long as planned, about 105 km one way. We had 17 bikes and 9 pillions if i counted correctly. Absolutely lovely day for riding, not hot, not cold , little slower than our usual pace but nice to go a little slower and look at the scenery. Lynnette from Beestekraal station had prepared a buffet breakfast for us and i think a pleasant morning was shared by all with enough time to get back for the Mothers Day committments. We rode back via the Sun City road and the Hartebeespoort Dam wall , this road was in good condition , will remember it for future use. Thanks to Pierre and Paula for doing the sweep work and to Trudi for being the roving photographer. Also thanks to all the members who took time to ride with - your support is what makes the ride successfull .

Thanks Trudie, for the photos, Deon for a very nice ride and all the other riders for your companionship. My second ride with the club was as delightful as the first, there were even two more 650 singles!
