Re: GS weekend trip! interested?
You will have a good time - it is not a bikebreaker at all.
Just do what the instructor tells you and all will be fine.

Re: GS weekend trip! interested?
Ok, I have made a provisional booking at Senendipity Trails. I will receive banking details shortly and communicate for you to make your payments. That will secure your place for the night of the 22nd of May 2010.
I've mentioned to Delia that we will be coming through on the 'heavies' and she mentioned that we should rather be there earlier than later. The track takes about 5 hours to complete - and with a bit of rain like yesterday, it can take considerably longer!! So we will be hauling @ss to get there nice and early, so no bikes smaller than 650cc.
I strongly suggest that if you haven't yet completed Country Trax Intermediary with your GS (or similar skill level & fitness), that you rather reconsider going with on this specific trip. It's going to be tough enough to complete without any aggravating factors, and I would rather not risk the safety of the entire group because a slow / inexperienced rider causes us to be out in the bush after dark. I am sorry! I normally I try to cater for riders or all levels of experience, but I wasn't aware that this trail was a bit "higher grade" until after my chat with them today.
Can I please ask that you PM me your e-mail addresses so I can send you the banking details when I get it? We need to pay at least the deposits (preferably full amount) before the end of this week to secure the booking.
Thanks!

Hey Knopkop - I'm sure if you can do Lesotho solo, then you can do this trip. Just bring spare bolts with for those covers!
