Dullstroom Breakfast Run - 10 Jan : Report
The 'S' group consisted of 14 bikes and not less than 8 pillions.
After the customary (compulsory?) briefing we took off
Peet, Christa, Johan, Willie and Maria
Willie, wat kyk jy?
The route took us on the old road to Witbank via Bronkies, Balmoral, past Highveld Steel, a short stint on the motorway and off at Swartbos in Witbank to the back road to Middelburg
Trudie did the usual fly-past to take some pics...
A leg strecher of a different sort!
Coffee & More in Middelburg put down a splendid serving of samies & muffins, with coffee or juice on order. We spent about 30mnis there. Thanks Carina, you all are great!!!
Paula (left) and Drienie, Trudie's friend visiting and experiencing real biking first time, and enjoying every second...
...and the old man tooooo (Drienie was pillion on my bike)
Then we took the road via Stofberg and Belfast to Dunkeld in Dullstroom outlying. Still an immaculate venue and the buffet in similar style. We just got seated after about 15mins from arrival when the GS guys pulled in. Perfect timing! And we enjoyed each others' stories and tales - as we should be.
We even forgot to take more pics
Most of the 'S's took the motorway home and after a +500km ride I believe everybody enjoyed just as we did.
Thanks to everyone that participated. It is you that make this Club an "Experience"
