BMWF800ST Empty BMWF800ST

Post by JAMES&am 16th June 2008, 18:18

My wife has the most fantastic bike a F800ST to accompany me where ever I go on my R1200RT. we have travelled extensively over the past year. The 800 only have one problem that we cannot solve. When slowing down and closing the throttle or gearing down after driving for about 45 minutes contiuously the enjin cuts out. It must then be started again and for a few minutes the idle is uneven. Can anyone help? My wife uses only 95 petrol. Pls let me know at jamiesonj@saps.org.za.
