Incorrect. The owners of Kyalami also have a large retail property portfolio. The bank to which this portfolio is mortgaged is in the process of liquidating the retail portfolio - however this is being contested by the owners.

Kyalami sits outside of this portfolio, is not security for the retail portfolio & is mortgaged to a different bank.

It was valued last month by someone I know *very* well & was valued as vacant residential land.
