Raw dash cam video from the officer who initiated the chase. The officer claims he was pulling over the motorcycle for running a red light, but the video doesn't show the motorcycle running any traffic light.

The worst of it all is...what does the cop do first after he arrives at the immobilised and unconscious rider? scratch
HE PULLS THE HELMET OFF THE RIDER'S HEAD ! affraid

That's the sure way to cause or to aggravate possible neck/spinal injuries...!!! Mad

(PS: If you don't have your "STOP! Do NOT remove helmet!" stickers from Think Bike on this issue please get them - they're free and could just save your own life quality!
