Possible my worst day ??

I probably had my worst day today, was merrily cruising on the highway from Badplaas today at around 140 - 150 wiht my 1200 GS (For those who don't know) when I saw this light approaching from behind, so as a good biker to another biker I moved out of the way and was duly overtaken by a 800 GS ..... as if I was standing next to the road

Wasn't meee! Sorry Wahl, not laughing at you.. just enjoying the situation.. Mine is going for 1000km service soon!

what can we say........the 800 is sommer a "bulletjie" and indeed faster than the 1200GS (the ST anyway) - not that speed is all that important but......2up it's a different story all together, just no substitute for cc's

I hope you joined the slipstream and let the 800 worry about what lies ahead and the law

Took a drive to Nelspruit this weekend (after a cop nearly made me eat the road) Was passed by a few 1200 and 800gs tried verry hard to catch them. Yeah right still trying

My F800St is still for sale...

At the moment I am waiting for my bankmanager to go on holiday. Asked him for a cheque book. Gave me a deposit book and said to try that one for a change. Before I buy another bike I first want to learn to ride well. But will be in the market for a bigger one very soon

One is never too old for a superbike Ask MadnohB. After all we are supposed to be more experienced & mature riders As they say in the classics, you are as old as.......

Some people - you cant take them anywhere - and in Henk's case you cant even dress him up nicely - think tar and feathers would be a waste of good tar and feathers. On a serious note - to each his own in liue of his/her bike choice.

hate to burst the bubble here, but the interest in superbikes – or for that matter any bike – has absolutely nothing to do with a strife to being young……….it has all to do with the very unique enjoyment on offer, and………

If the people around perceive me to be too old for a superbike………..well with the greatest respect in the world……..then it’s their problem
