I’ll “celebrate” my new “rank” (without the sparkling stuff as I’m not particularly fond of the title) with a big congratulations to the forum admin and all the forum’s members.

Well done all……keep it going.

Sadly, the reality is only 59 of the 100 members have made a post, Let’s spread the word and to begin with, get those 41 members who have never posted active on the forum

So are we going to do this each time a member reaches the next level of multiples of 100??

What then do we give for 200? A cup and a spoon??

...and for 300? - do we then give a silver cup? Maybe engraved with the date of the 300th post and an inscription of the post??

That way the member planning to be first to 300 can perhaps make an apt post the will look good on a silver cup?

Then perhaps for 500 posts a trophy.......... that can go on the mantelpieces as a conversation piece...

I was actually referring to 2 issues - Jamie's upgrade to LH status, and secondly the 100th person registering - and that is the issue that should be emphasized here. I will in future be more specific iro what I mean so that all can understand what is said and meant.

With regards to Daves comment above, i have to this point not said anything further on this issue - your previous posts were removed by Admin even before my, tongue in the cheek referal to it was posted, as with the posts done by Pieter and Pauli - that was in the same vein.

It really a pity that there is 100 registered users but 37 of them have not posted 1 single post on the forum
What can we do to encourage them to start posting?

I reckon registering on the forum is at least something ... I am sure if there is something of interest for them, they will start posting .. could also be linked to freely available web-access, i.e. forums are blocked at some places of work ..
