189mph is around 300km/hr - about 85m/s.

With human reaction time around 250milliseconds*
it would be 22m before you knew there was something wrong,
another 250milliseconds before you initiated a swerve
and probably another 250milliseconds before the bike actually changed track.
By that time, that brick in the road 50m away would be 10m behind you
and both tyres would have run over it...! Shocked
