Maropeng GS Ride - April 2010
Thanks everyone for the nice ride to Maropeng, we were 17 bikes, lost one, but met up again later, and we had a few spills in the modder, sorry for all the tar!!
We even had our two Friday Night Bar Ladies joining up for the ride as pillions, they had a blast and could not stop smiling................Bruno could also not stop smiling!!!
I did not take to many pics, but I post them here: I am very bad with names, I will try and add the names to the pics, but please add the names where I missed them.
First stop to deflate tyres and sort out the ABS

Re: Maropeng GS Ride - April 2010
I missed out on the GS-ride today, although I enjoyed the S-ride - Thanks Johan and all the others who make every Club ride worth it!
Lovely to see all the new faces on the 'dirty' pics - now with dirty bikes and clothing!
To name a few:
Johann Strauss, Jared Jacobson (both on new 1200ADV's)
Nick Sendall,
& Martin (Jacobs?)
Hope we see you soon again on the GS'rides!

Re: Maropeng GS Ride - April 2010
Yes, thank you Knopkop for arranging another ride to remember! Even though there was a couple of tar stretches, it always take you to the good stuff!!! And thanks to Sias & Corlia for sweeping duties.
I must confess - it was the first time ever I had a pillion on a GS trip and it was a valuable learning experience. Monique was a great passenger, and by the sound of it, she would not mind being at the wheel (uhm... handlebars) herself!
And yes - two thumbs up to all the guys that joined us for the first time! It was great riding with you.
Now post more pictures!

Thanx for the wonderful photos.
Sorry that I did not make it to the ride. Became ill Saturday morning and slept most of the weekend away.
