Johannesburg - Licensing and testing stations in Johannesburg will not be fully operational on Friday, Johannesburg metro police said.

Chief Superintendent Wayne Minnaar said staff members were attending a sport meeting.

"Learners' and drivers' tests booked for Friday will be accommodated to another date available," said Minnaar

So the little productivity that was coming out is now even less. Must be nice to work where you have a midweek afternoon off for exercising - us mere mortals have to do it on our own time
