20 March - Who can help?
SONITUS SCHOOL FOR THE HEARING IMPAIRED
FUNDRAISER WEEKEND 19 – 21 MARCH 2010
No they dont need our money!
But our attendance will be highly appreciated.
Please put your name down if you could see your way open to be part of the 'Biker Attraction' at this Fundraiser?
(Sonitus School is in Lynn East, Pretoria.)
Time and duration can be discussed.
Below a request from BERNHARDT HEPBURN, Chief Organiser of the above Fundraiser.
" ... The fundraiser is planned for the weekend 19th to 21st March 2010.
We hope for and are trusting in a great turn-out, but are reliant on “attractions” to ensure the success of the event. We have contacted many institutions with regards sponsorships and donations, but times being what they are, many companies are unable assist us. There are those that have agreed to help, but for this event to be a success, we are in need of much more help.
If you could perhaps see your way open to making an appearance on the Saturday (20 March 2010), it would really be beneficial.
Nothing would be more pleasing and effective than a biker club arriving en mass, circling the premises and eventually stopping to display the bikes
(and riders of course) to all attending.
... We trust that you can find it in your heart to consider our request.
Every contribution we receive is so appreciated and in turn makes it possible for the school to achieve their goals.
A very large percentage of the learners come from very underprivileged homes, and are totally reliant on the school for their much needed education to enable them to have a future and communicate in the hearing world as best as possible.
... We thank you in advance and look forward to your reply.
Thanking you kindly

Think most will be either at Buffalo or Bikefest.

Re: 20 March - Who can help?
If it was Sunday I could have made it. My Saturdays tend to be occupied with obligations, that requires notice months ahead of time.
