Re: Forum's Structure
I like it.
In the past, the front page had just too much information.

Re: Forum's Structure
Much cleaner and neat…….I like….compliments
A few suggestions (just because you asked ):
- Combine upcoming trips and trip reports under one heading “Trips” with two sub-sections “Upcoming” and “Reports”
- Replace the word “Issues” with “News” in the heading “Club Issues” or just list as “Club”
- Combine recommended places and recommended routes under one heading “Recommended” with two (or more) sub-sections “Places” and “Routes”. “Service Providers” can be added if there is a need
- Move “Smalls” to 2nd last before "Archive"
This will bring the total of headings from 12 to 10. As optional suggestion one can sub-section “Member Matters” into “Club” with one sub-section being “News” and the other “Member Matters”

Re: Forum's Structure
I don't know if the problem is only in my computer, but although is cleaner than the previous, I can't see when one topic was commented.
The previous one was easy to see new posted.

Re: Forum's Structure
I thought my browser went wonky, until I opened other sites. Definitely an improvement.
I agree with this suggestion.MadnohB wrote:- Combine upcoming trips and trip reports under one heading “Trips” with two sub-sections “Upcoming” and “Reports”

Re: Forum's Structure
I preferred the old format. You could see much more easily which posts had not been opened and read. I find the heading and layout of the new format good but you have to open each one to see if something new has been posted and then have to use home or back arrow to get back to the main page as opposed to clicking on BMW Motorcycle Club Pretoria at either the top or bottom of the post. My opinion.

Re: Forum's Structure
It seems the clan have spoken. Yes you can see what is new and what is not. But sometimes change is good and sometimes even though it is good - it is not accepted. Personal choice.
