GPS TRAINING - CLUB CENTRAL - SAT 4TH APRIL 2009
Thank-you to David de Bruyn and the BMW Central Club for the invitation to attend a GPS Training day with Peter Short on Sat 4th April 2009.
It was held at the Morningside Country Club where they hold their Noggins.
A beautiful setting with wonderful facilities.
Was great to see a few Pretoria Club members there as well - Dani,Marius,Pauli ( Thanks for the GPS disc) ,Shawn.
Peter Short was FANTASTIC. He is absolutely passionate about everthing he does. He has a wealth of knowledge which he gladly shared with us. The morning just flew past as we could have gone on all afternoon. We managed to get many grey areas sorted out and also learnt many useful tips.
Thank-you Peter, David, Rita for your open invitation to our club.Much appreciated.
Best regards
DeonP

Thanks for the report DP.. It sure was worth it.
Pity though there was no attention given to the GPS itself.
I've learnt by trial & error so far.. may be a good idea to read the manual eh?

I sent Peter Short an email to thank him personally.
He did mention that he was keen to do further GPS training.
Let's hope so.
