Full Akrapovic Exhaust System
used but but well cared for Full Akrapovic Racing Exhaust System for 2005 to 2008 BMW K1200S / R
"sweet" sound and even better looking
Akrapovic claims a 9.3hp increase on the S over the stock system.
The conical header tubes are attached to the cylindrical collecter with a sleave joint. Another sleave joint connects the collector with the conical link pipe and a third sleeve joint is used to attach the muffler to the link pipe. All the sleeve joints are secured with silicone-shielded springs. The system also come with fittings for attaching the stock lambda sensor. The hexagonal muffler has a titanium inlet cap and perforated inner sleeve and carbon fibre outlet cap. The outer sleave is carbon fibre. The muffler is attached to the bike with a carbon clamp. The total weight is 4.37kg as opposed to the 10.68kg of the stock system
I paid R14k for it in 2006 and according to the importers, it's now selling for R19k.
PRICE : R 7 000.00
