Went to see the colours and........
Got a phone call from Ig to come and see the new 2009 F800ST with it’s all new colour scheme only to notice my name on the bike upon arrival…….very clever Ig.
Well I looked and I like. Arrived at 15:00 on my “old” 2008 ST and left at 16:45 on this
What a beauty…..I think so
After the official handing over of the key
we had time to bond while waiting for the panniers to be re-coded for the new bike’s key
nervously negotiated peak hour traffic on a new bike with new tyres. Arrived home just in time to do a few shots before it became too dark. May I say again……….o jissie jong, disse mooi fiets hierie

Some people change their motorcycles as often as Fred Flintstone changes his underwear...

ever tried to sell a 2 year old bike with 60/70 000km on the clock?
some people might do a lot of riding
these people therefore have to make a choice to either keep the bike for 5/6 years or to replace more often………not that I think it’s really necessary to explain the decision……but some remarks just call for a reply on the same level
If this Flintstone "kêrel" goes for longer than a year (or 2) on underwear, then yes it's quite possible

Re: Went to see the colours and........
They obviously caught you with a very "slim plan". Regardless - given Jamie's thoughts above and the high KM's you guys do - i can understand why - i resisted the urge for a just over a year before i traded my old LT.

Re: Went to see the colours and........
I believe the trick is to get it timed for where the trade-in value exceeds the settlement amount....
Every time I've tried to settle an HP early, the bank wanted MORE money to settle sooner...!

Very pretty and the color is awesome. Good luck and many safe and joyful km's. Nothing like a new bike, everything clean and shiny, no scratches and stone chips.
