Is it one of those new fangled 3 wheelers that leans and manuevers like a traditional 2 wheeler - think Richard posted something about this a while ago on one of the earlier posts.

Re: Look what I saw yesterday near Corlett Drive...
It has two wheels in front and one at the back and seemed to corner like a bike when he took the offramp.
I did not dice it because I moved over so I could take a photo with my cellphone.
There!! Answered all the above questions.

A bike but not a bike - at least you wont need training wheels on this. Does the Poppie come with the scooter.

I agree. I wonder if she provides lessons (to ride the 3 wheeled midget). I see the front wheels tilt when cornering, so it should handle well around corners. Not sure however what market they are targetingSharkie wrote:The pic on the link is very nice.

Re: Look what I saw yesterday near Corlett Drive...
Wonder how wide it is?? For lane-splitting - seemed to be much the same overall width when I saw it but did not look for that.
Anyway, I have asked for a test ride on the website - lets see if they get back to me.

Re: Look what I saw yesterday near Corlett Drive...
Waiting with bated breath for your feedback. The only benefit over a bike I can think of is that you dont need a side- or centre stand and of-course if you are not a natural bike rider, you can have the feeling of a bike but with your "trainee wheels", so you won't drop it easily and can have more confidence around cornersRejuvenated wrote:Wonder how wide it is?? Re: Look what I saw yesterday near Corlett Drive...
When all is said and done - if you want a bike - get a bike. Don't ??????? around with something that is neither car not bike. Personal opinion. Although one can understand that given the increasing fuel prices more people that never thought about anything other than their cages - might now consider something lighter and more nippy.

Re: Look what I saw yesterday near Corlett Drive...
I looked at the Gilera photo.
"The rugged protruding front bumper with twin headlights will attract more than just envy."
I don't know how they dare to say things like that about that lovely young girl - it's sexist!
