Keep this in mind
Yesterday I was on my trusted Lady (RT 1100) on my way to harties for breakfast. As usual the cops was at the turnoff with a mass roadblock to check for license plates, bike condition and drives licenses. They also stop me and the Travis ask me for my licens, where by I ask him for his ID card. He assured me he has it on him, but I insist to see it before I give him mine. He went away to his supervisor and I could see he was asking him something that I insist to see his ID.He came back and ask me again to see my license but I refuses to show him mine before he show his.Afer a while the main Travis came up to this inspector and ask him to show his ID to me where upon he said to the main Travis it’s in his car and the main Travis said he must go and fetch it. Red faced the small Travis amid that me do not have his ID at all. The main Travis then said politely to me “Sir you may go” ;D The model of the story is that when a Traffic officer pulls you of for something insists to see his Appointment Certificate (ID card) if he does not have it on him he is by law not on duty and he cannot issue you a fine.

Nice to know, thanks for posting.
Will remember it next time they trap me at............121km/h that would of course be in a 120 zone

Legally they should only start trapping when you exceed 129 km/h in a 120 zone
Thanks for the tip.
Read somewhere of crooks posing as travis, and then highjacking the truck when you follow the other travis to collect your fine - so this is a very handy hint

That was meant as a joke...........I don't exceed the speed limit - not by 1 km/h anyway

Traffic police ID
With my luck, I'll try it when the KK has his ID and I DON'T have mine.... (Unintentionally, of course, but it does happen.)

Re: Keep this in mind
I think it is time for me to fit a park distance control on my bike.
- If you never exceed the speed limit it is a bling
- If you exceed the speed limit it is a farkle - right?
Now I am wondering - if you only exceed the speed in exceptional cases (like all of us) this has to be a farking bling, right? Or is it a blinging farkle?
All I know it is blinging farkle expensive, but cool!
