I am finding the search function not very useful. If you do not type the precise wording of a heading you are not successful. Am i doing something wrong?

Nevermind the search function - i normally reread my postings a few times to identify and fix spelling mistakes - but still sometimes see mistakes in postings afterwards. This one can fix by editing it - but not so if a part of the post has been added to another posting as a quote. Is there no way that a spellchecker can be activated.
