Pannier Inners - Part 2 - 1200GS Adventure Topbox
I have just had 3 bags custom made for my 1200GS Adventure Topbox.
Would like to share this with my fellow club members.
The first bag is the largest for the inside of the topbox
Another view
Second bag is for the lid of the Topbox
Topbox lid bag open with inner pockets for storage
The last bag is mounted outside on top of the topbox
So what do you think ?
I think they are pretty well thought out, but will only know once I have toured with them
Off to Sabie this weekend, will let you know !

DeonP this looks cool. It all looks nice and neat. Now you don’t look like those other guys going north during Easter.

DeonP... do you think they can make the bags waterproof? Would be nice for the one on top. Also, how do you attach / fit the lid bag to the lid? And the price?

They make most of their items out of canvas as they are mainly 4X4 , buy I'm sure could make waterproof items as well. They are very willing.
The lid bag is attached with very strong velcro. Will test this weekend - still in the development stage
Price - very reasonable.

We also had bags made by Jackalberry. You can choose from different types of fabric and some of the canvas is definitely waterproof. It has a little flap that folds over the zip to prevent water from leaking in. You have to however treat the seams with something like the wax you use on tents to keep that waterproof. We have tested these bags on our trip in December and our stuff was still pretty dry, even after about 2 hours of rain.
