Human Rights trip to Wimpy and back
Marnus, Jaco and I did the backroads to the Wimpy at the Engen garage on the R21. We met at 9h00 at the Engen on Nellmapius /R21 and then Marnus showed us the twee spoor road to the back of the Wimpy. We also did a bit of motocross on an old track. Great fun! Thanks Marnus! And thanks for letting us ride on that 450 - what a treat!!!
We did have a few exciting moments - The NXR's chain came loose and I had a nice encounter with the cosmos - lost the front wheel while changing from left rut to right rut over the deeper than I thought middle rut. We saw a couple of quads and a few plastics. All in all a great morning!
Marnus and Jaco - funny we don't look so good in the cosmos as the girls do... I do wonder why??

Re: Human Rights trip to Wimpy and back
Thanks Mario & Jaco for dragging me along. It was a great ride.
Some people told me that the MX track close to Babsfontein road was demolished. It turned out that it is just the little quad flat track that fell into disrepair. There are still plenty of jumps & woops & berms left to play with, and of course the major climbs around the back.
Mario, the spill you had doesn't put your riding ability into context. You rode that MX track like a pro!!
