WSBK Kyalami Empty WSBK Kyalami

OK - it's on!! Found on TB forum - not sure of their source:

"Despite the Gauteng government abandoning its motorsport activities for the rest of 2010, the world superbike championship goes ahead as planned from May 13 to 16.

The WSBK circus returns to the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit for round six of the 2010 season, which kicked off in January at Austalia’s Philip Island complex when Suzuki’s Leon Haslam took the crown.

Local fans making their way to Kyalami for can look forward to a three-day race weekend when the show touches down in May.

Although the circuit will be slightly altered so bikes exiting the pits will not join enter turn one on the racing line, the action promises to be as hot as ever with Superpole qualifying taking place on Saturday, May 15 and four world championship Supersport and Superbike races scheduled for Sunday, May 16.

Local Supersport and Superbike supporting races will be staged on these days, too.

Ticket prices are available in three tiers and start from R50 for general access on Friday. Children under eight get free general access, while eight to 16-year-olds enjoy a 15% discount on general access tickets. To cut down on road congestion, a Park and Ride system will be in use.

Tickets and further pricing detail are available at Computicket from March 20."
