What movies have you seen lately?
Do not often go to movies and went to see Avatar last night.
Wow, what a movie! Lots of action, decent storyline and not a moment of boring footage.
Anyone else seen it?

Oh, and what I forgot to mention - with the 3D effects of a lot of fast movement making everything seem so real, at one point Dorothy was wondering where the ship's doctor was for one of those anti-seasick injections!!

Wow yes I dont go often either but Avatar was good. Where did you see it. We went to Menlyn but the screen was small. I would love to see it on a bigger screen. I see on the Avatar website they talk about Avatar 3D on Imax

Solution. For small screen - sit in the front row.

Avatar was an excellent movie as far as animation is concerned. Always wished I had six-pack like that.

Re: What movies have you seen lately?
When we saew the preview of Invictus, I thought to myself " MMMM one of those black/white raccist (spelling??) things" and told Johan that I do not WANT to see it.
In Dec we ended up at Greenstone...
yes at the movies and I just knew!!!!
Well, I think I am now one of the people that recommended it the most!!!!!
It was absolutely brilliant. Maybe this is old news to you all, but is is breathtaking!!!!
If you have not seen it, it surely is worth the effort.

We went to see Avatar just to see a 3D movie. It turned out to be a great movie!
