GILROY Brewery Muldersdrift
We are thinking of taking a ride to the brewery on SAT morning, thinking off leaving at 10h00 (as they only opening at 11h00)
Who would be intrested? can leave from the Atterbury Shell.
"The 94.7 Highveld team spoke to the brewer this morning, they brew their own ALES and Lagers"

Re: GILROY Brewery Muldersdrift
We have been there before - very nice place. Also nice playing ground for the kids and little shops to browse for the women.

Re: GILROY Brewery Muldersdrift
Sorry (PC)2E - The thought of home brewed beer & ale sounded very tempting, but I've already got an engagement at Rhino Park for Saturday.
You are welcome to join me, but you'll have to put some knobblies on your bike first!

Re: GILROY Brewery Muldersdrift
We took a ride over the week-end to Magalies and on the way back we've stopped at GILROY, worthwhile. They have a nice selection of beers, apparently mix quite will with chips

Re: GILROY Brewery Muldersdrift
Sorry we did not; for two reasons, one the clouds open up above us and secondly now we’ve a good excuse to go back

Re: GILROY Brewery Muldersdrift
Doesn't the LT have a big top box? You can sample some there and the rest at home

True - had it been a whiskey distilery it would have been worth it
