Richter's Veld Empty Richter's Veld

Post by iceman 17th July 2008, 11:17

I am invited to do the Richters veld next year but do not know what to expect. Have done the "Die Hel" trip. Have anyone done the Richters veld? Would like some info please.

It's just the same as "die Hel" ... only very different... ?

Sorry, I don't mean to be funny at your expense.
Truly, I haven't got a clue - I just felt you needed some response to bump it up into contention for a REAL answer.

iceman, based on the reaction, it seams as if you are going to break new ground. I have done "Die Hel" and I don't think Richter's Veld is nearly the same. But then again, I have not seen it, so anything is possible. I believe the nights are incredible with clear skies and lots of stars, and if you are lucky a moon that looks as if you can touch it. A beautiful part of our country.

Thx Andre

Sorry that I only reply now, but a lot happend in this time.

We did not go to the Richter'sveld, because bikes are not allowed there anymore. Couldn't get a real reason from them but ja we did not go.

But thanks for your input.
