I think it can work. Maybe put a link to the best/ most popular story in a mail to the members and invite them to make a post. We can also have two lucky draws on club evenings, the normal one and one from contributions on the forum.

Yes, it can.

Just create a pub or any other name where the member can chat and ping each, talk about all topics. At this point I can not post any new topics or can not ping or PM any one (which make it a bit useless)

eg. I want to find out how the club member/ forum members find the new 1200 GS and GSA, but can not find a place where to post or can not post.
