Talking of 30 years history - - BMW Motorrad created a special online ‘THANK YOU GS’ Photobook as part of the 30th anniversary celebrations!
and you can be part of it!

Visit www.bmw-motorrad.com/30yearsgs and share your GS adventures with other GS riders from all over the world!

Bon, Leo, KK and others .... it's for you!!
Let us know when you're featuring in this online book?

Thank you Bruno for that interesting story. Just because it is mentioned several times in the articel: The small company HPN (www.hpn.de) is still producing very serious off road bikes on the basis of the R 80 GS and R 100 GS. A friend of mine in Germany is working on the HPN Sport (as they are also sold as do it yourseld kits). So if anyone is looking for a very exclusive AND off roadable bike - thats a good option.
