Ok , so I sneaked in to this BMW comunity from the back door by getting myself a old K100 RT but I love it. Is there any other " classic" BMW rider around here ?

I have just completed restoring an 1982 R100RS. It is currently at the dealers for a complete service and then I will start using it.

I will post a pic as soon as I get it back from the dealers. Should be within the following 2 weeks.

You must realize that replacing a gasket(or any other part) can take you up to 10 working days just for the part to arrive.

Don't remind me - 10 days is good. Wait more than a month, then they take the part off another bike anyway... don't get me started...
